1. A.Brolly Umbrellas — 12-Month Limited Warranty
Coverage
All A.Brolly umbrellas are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies to manufacturing defects affecting:

Frame structure (ribs, joints, structural components)

Shaft integrity
-
Opening and closing mechanism under normal use

Handle attachment

Structural stitching faults
A.Brolly umbrellas are engineered for everyday wind resistance and structural durability under normal usage conditions.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within 12 months, we will, at our discretion:

Repair the product, or

Replace it with the same or an equivalent model
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling

Damage resulting from external impact or force beyond normal intended use

General wear and tear over time

Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality

Fabric fading due to prolonged exposure

Improper storage (e.g., storing wet for extended periods)

Loss or theft

Unauthorised repairs or modifications
2. Kiiory Apparel — 14-Day Return Policy
14-Day No-Reason Return
Kiiory apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided items are:

Unworn

Unwashed

In original condition

With tags and original packaging
Items returned in unsuitable condition may not be accepted.
Certain items marked as final sale may not be eligible for return.
3. Manufacturing Faults (Both Brands)
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect upon delivery or during initial normal use, please contact us as soon as possible with:

To promote product longevity and responsible consumption, Kiiory offers a paid repair service within 12 months of purchase.
